Tigernet Registration:

 

Registration for our 55th Reunion begins in January and will be announced as soon as details become available.  You must have a Tigernet ID and Password or you cannot register. Please note that your Tigernet ID/Password is not the same as your Website ID/Password.

To obtain a Tigernet ID, go to the Princeton home page (www.princeton.edu) and open the “Alumni” link at the upper right. On the page that follows, open the “Tigernet” link in the upper right of that page. On the Tigernet home page, find the “Register Now” link beneath the orange bars. Obtain, save and write down your new Tigernet ID and Password.

Here are the step by step instructions for either retrieving or changing your TigerNet password:

I forgot my TigerNet password. How can I access my account?

Alumni can reset and change their own password through a self-service interface known as TigerNet Account Services. Information will be sent to the email address designated as "preferred" in the TigerNet system.

  1. Go to https://puwebp.princeton.edu/tigerNet/startPage.jsf?type=A1
  2. Click “Retrieve Login”
  3. Enter your information in the five fields
  4. Click “Next”
  5. Then click “Reset Password”
  6. An email with directions will be sent to your preferred email address on file. Follow the directions within that email to reset your TigerNet password.

 

Can I change my TigerNet password? (you must know your current TigerNet password)

Yes. To change your TigerNet account password, please go to TigerNet Account Services.

  1. Go to https://puwebp.princeton.edu/tigerNet/startPage.jsf?type=A1
  2. Select “Change Password”
  3. Read the password/passphrase requirements, then click “Next”
  4. Log into Princeton’s Central Authentication Service with your TigerNet ID and current password.
  5. Type your new password into “Password” and “Verify password” then select “Create Password.” (Please note your new password must meet the criteria that was specified earlier. If you have forgotten what that criteria was simply click on the lightbulb icon and read the information under “What criteria must mt password meet?”)

Can I change my TigerNet account NetID?

TigerNet account NetIDs can only be changed for compelling reasons, such as a legal name change or security concerns. If you feel you have a compelling reason to request a NetID change, please email tigernet@princeton.edu.
